        Went in to buy a a soft double mattress as I'm a side sleeper, was sold a firm mattress, spent nearly 500 and I was told they couldn't swap it as I had used it, the woman had the cheek to say I tried it in the shop even though all the mattresses are upright. Won't be going back.
