I have been coming for 5 years now for my botox and my experience/ the product just keeps getting better and I keep looking younger. I feel like transferring my monthly wage to her because I feel like queen like. She has become a true friend and a confident. Great experience.. 10/10.

I opted for a facelift and forehead botox. For a special event, a week away in France with work contacts. Sadly the botox made my eyelids droop considerably and my eyes appear puffy and almost closed. This changed my whole face for the worse, and I look tired and older with such heavy closed eyes. This hasn't happenned before when I've had same treatment elsewhere. I did return and Claire tried to heat the area. It didn't help. Sady I must wait 3 months now for it to wear off, daily looking at results which make me very unhappy. I almost cancelled the trip but had to go. Not what I intended when I booked for the treatments. Also a little lip filler was injected, and that left area above my lips uneven . Claire dissolved it on my request as it distorted my top lip. I know many people are pleased with their results, but I wish I hadnt visited. 780 to look worse, and now the daily routine of checking my face and hiding what I can / waiting for my face to return back to normal.
