I purchased BMW 4 series coupe, great looking car. Great service by Newarth and Rich, quick and seamless process. Had minor issue with air con after purchase and dealt with by the garage with no hassle, fully recommend for peace of mind vehicle purchase

Great customer service with a great selection of German cars. Rich was dead easy going letting me sort out selling my car and giving me 24hrs to sort my holding deposit despite other interests on the car

I saw an Audi A7 online and kept looking at it... thought i had nothing to lose by calling and enquiring. I had been seeing loads of A7s on Auto Trader but none that looked as great as this one. Called out of hours and Rich answered the phone, told him I was interested and would it be OK for us to view on the Monday (they shut Sundays to spend time with the family, which I LOVE!) my husband went on the Monday and viewed the car and said it was well looked after and we had arranged to go back to see it. When we got there there were no hard sales, I was left to look at the car etc and once ready we took it for a test drive. I knew as soon as I saw it's glittery Alloys that it was going to be mine. A few days in the coolant warning light came on so I took the car to a garage to have it looked over. They ran diagnostics and it passed with no faults but when they put it on the ramp there was a coolant leak. We spoke to Rich and he was amazing. Asked us to get a price for the work required and get back to them. We did this over the course of a week and they have agreed to cover the cost of the repairs with no question. It is so lovely to be able to trust people and know they genuinely care about their reputation and building good relationships with their client base. I have already recommended them to a couple of family members and I will be looking at what they have in stock when it is time for me to trade the A7 in. My husband will need a car soon too so we will look here first. Outstanding company with a great reputation. I am more than happy to recommend them to people I know. Keep up the great work guys
