I couldnt recommend Chris enough. I truly enjoyed all his boot camp sessions and never wanted to miss them! Rain or shine I was there. He always gives clear instructions on exercises, overlooks what you are doing and suggest replacement exercise if needed. And you really do get the results! I got stronger, fitter and leaner in a short period of time. Brilliant

I really can't rate Chris highly enough. From the first session it was easy to talk to him about any fitness or dietary questions we had, so we learnt a lot in a short time. PT sessions we great and always left us feeling like we had pushed ourselves further than we normally would.

A really friendly guy who is flexible to work around your schedule and location. We did one session a week over a 5 week period whilst doing our own exercise in between. If you needed any nutritional or fitness advice, Chris would get back to you promtply. The workouts are tailored to you're desired goals and he definitely put us through our paces! Plenty of variety with the exercies each week. Battle ropes, boom box and kettle bells supplied. The intial sessions we struggled with but we could definitely feel our fitness and strength improve over the course. I would highly recommend Chris if you're goals are to burn fat and get fit!

I was training with Chris for about a year ,he had a good understanding of my training objectives and has consistently designed programmes to meet my aims.chris is a very professional trainer who gives alot of thought to his clients training requirements .he strikes a good balance in pushing you and making you feel you can always achieve what you aim to achieve and more You definitely get value for your money and a kind friendly face to go with it

I have been training with Chris three times a week for almost the last two months. I can not recommend him highly enough, from the first conversation that we had on the telephone where we discussed my current lifestyle and my goals/ objectives, I knew right from that moment that Chris was a genuinely person. His sessions are always really good, either the 1-2-1, the boot camp on Saturday mornings or the meta-fit classes in the week I really feel Chris gets the best out of me by the way he trains and motivates me. His sessions are well structured and most importantly they are enjoyable too.! I could not recommend Chris highly enough, a really good personal trainer and a genuinely nice person.
