We have recently ordered a side cabinet from this company. After placing the order it took a couple of weeks to hear anything regarding delivery which was disconcerting given they had taken payment. I tried to contact them 3 times by phone and email to cancel order and delivery as they had now put the cabinet with 20% off so I thought I would reorder in sale and save 96. No one came back to me. So I accepted wed pay full price and delivery was made 3 weeks after placing order. The cabinet has now arrived badly damaged on top with several scratches and marks. I have again tried to contact the company and no reply. They sauce they reply in 24 hours on their website. You dont expect this when you are paying good money and I now cant use the cabinet looking as it does. So disappointed. I wouldnt recommend ordering from this company as their communication is very poor.

I ordered a display cabinet when it was marked as in stock a month ago and there is still no sign of delivery. The company has taken payment (it was expensive) and Ive contacted them multiple times to ask whats happening - I either get no answer at all or just one reply that didnt give me an answer. I have now been phoned two nights in a row by a delivery company which is finally trying to sort the delivery, but they told me that the store hasnt provided them with an address for collecting the cabinet, or with any kind of phone number or email address for them to contact the store directly, so they have no way of making the arrangements. Massively dodgy given that hundreds of pounds have already been charged to my card - AVOID!

I ordered a champagne bucket three weeks ago, the store took payment, and I've not heard from them since. I chased by email twice. No reply. I called over three days, and eventually someone answered the phone and I spoke to a softly spoken lady with a list of excuses that ended with "I'll be in touch today." She wasn't and another two days have gone by. I have better things to do than chase down something I have ordered in this way. I shopped with this store in good faith. I've had to claim back my money via my credit card company. Avoid this company.
