        My daughter is now crushing life due to BJJ. She was was brilliant before, but BJJ in her life is a catalyst. In so many ways outside the gym she has come on in confidence and focus she has always been top of the class, but is now excelling in her education. The physical confidence that this club has given her is undeniable. She will not be a push over yet she has become extremely kind and empathetic. BJJ humbles you and this truly is an excellent lesson to be learned when you are young. Bring your child, see how it goes but keep encouraging them to get on the mats. Soon it will be a love, a passion, a lifestyle. A personal thank you to Professor Mike, Coach Dave, Coach John, Dougie, Slav and Damon for the truly excellent guidance on her journey.
