AB Sundecks

Was really disappointed I'very know about AB Sundecks for a while and knew the were a local business. I would always try to source a company local to me. So I keep the local economy going. So when we decided to get a deck put in they were the obvious choice to get a quote from. I rang the number on their website to get a quote the lady on the phone sounded very unsure.but working in customer service I gave them the benefit of doubt. I explained I was looking to. get a quote and was asked what size and I said medium to large. I was assured a rep would come and measure and give me a quotemail I waited for a call to book a day but isn't get a call.. Gave them plenty of timeach to respond but got no cal. So after waiting a week I called again to ask again for a quote and explained I'd been waiting for a call back and not received it.. It was met with apologies and reassured that someone would call to organise a quote. I'M STILL WAITING!!!! You'd think that in today's financial climate a business like these which would be considered a luxury item wouldnt want to miss a chance of some local work...... I'Lloyd need to look for a more reliable company becausemail if they can behave like this overeview getting a quote how are they going to act once they'very got your business.... I will be going elsewhere!!!

Had no choice and had to use them through the caravan park in 2018 Very overpriced and a very poor quality of installation, returned twice to sort out many issues but still didnt resolve them all. After installation we were still finding screws in the garden 12 months later. Spoke to other people who have recently had to use them, they are also very dissatisfied and disappointed with the quality. Service: Deck installation

Non-existent customer service. We have been waiting 9 months for further repairs on decking on multiple vans after their previous work did nothing to solve the problems. Its always the same excuses for not being able to visit. Once they've got the money from you they will just fob you off. Warranties and providing quality works mean nothing to them.
