        My daughters advisor is rude, unhelpful and should be reprimanded for the way she treats people. On numerous occasions my daughter has come home in tears (she suffers from bad anxiety and depression) and her advisor actually said my daughter was lying to her and then walks out with a smug look on her face. She also told her she could not leave the job centre until she proved the information she had given her. If I had my way I wouldn't of given any stars at all. Even worse you can't even complain over the phone to an actual person, you have to do it online.

        Wouldnt score this place even 1 star if i could. Apparently youre not allowed in unless you sign on. Ive been made redundant but don't want to claim job seekers. They wouldn't let me speak to anyone about training or opportunity unless i was already claiming. The man I spoke to was arrogant and left me at the door in the cold with my infant.
