        Good site well organised small yard side of the main road. Good loading and unloading staff very helpful and efficient covid aware. Facilities are OK

        Terrible customer service. Left to stand hovering around on arrival as no one seemed to be interested in taking care of my collection. Felt like a tool. Eventially told my order wasn't ready and told to go wait in my vehicle. Disgusting treatment of a customer who's chose to spend their money with you. Will not be back, and as I work in site management, will spread the word of how awful Batt Cables treat their customers.
