Smile Dental Care - Salford

This place is disgusting. They messed my teeth up. And refused to help me whilst im in pain addmitted its there fault. But still left me in a state. Avoid like the plaque terrible place

I came in for emergency appointment they said it was cancelled because of the way we spoke but they said you had an appointment before and you cancelled it so its your fault. A few times they have cancelled it we havent said anything. No respect came from the receptionist, rude, saying to busy to every response. When I ask do you have one next month, still busy.

tried contacting them for a month now by phone (dont answer) by text same problem dont reply by e-mail dont reply all this after them sending me a text to make a appointment dont even know if i am knocked off their list i am 65 and never had such bad service

Impossible to speak to anyone. My calls are never, ever answered and they don't respond to voicemail messages.

Personally through experience i would highly recommend this surgery. Bea is amazing and has given me back my confident smile.The treatment i received was absolutely second to none. The staff are helpful, polite,and friendly. I feel so at ease and look forward to my visits because from entering the surgery you are made to feel at ease.Bea,my dentist is an angel, such an amazing person and nothing is ever too much.I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart,.
