I strongly advice you NOT to us this company. Firstly they delivered three days late and sadly during the transport our pool table slate was broken as they had not protected the table. This was early November 2020. We are now more than two month's later and any communication with them is just being ignored, email, text, and phone calls. we have had no compensation, nor an attempt to compensate for the damage caused. We will now have to resort to the small claim's court. Stay away.

It all started well but ended badly as it seems. Long story short, we moved to Spain last summer and had a last minute change of plans (house fell through). They were very helpful offering to store our things for a reasonable price until we had a new place. Most of our things were then delivered in 3 different trips, which was OK. They guys were always helpful and friendly. However, many things were scratched or damaged, as they did not protect the furniture, not even the piano. We have been waiting for the last delivery (items worth approx. GBP 2,000) since November 2020. They are now ignoring our messages, and it seems that the phone number is not in use anymore. I doubt that we will get the rest of our things but will up-date this review if there is a happy ending to the story after all. We understand that the pandemic and Brexit makes things more difficult, but they should not stop talking to customers. Edit in response to Van of Dags' response: Glad to get some reaction. As you said, it is in no one's interest to argue the ins and outs, so why not try and find a solution to this situation. Fact is that we still do not have all of our things. If you would rather avoid the "muddy hill" we can agree to a delivery at one of the neighbours' in the village. It is normally not muddy but unfortunately there was very heavy rainfall last time you came and the bit has been fixed in the meanwhile. As for the additional items you mentioned, we did pay for them in a second invoice. And I have only left 2 company reviews including yours, which is not "a lot" I would say. My main critique is the inability to contact you and not knowing what happened to our things. Please do get back to me via email or phone to sort this out. Thank you.
