        Been for the past two days to collect a parcel and it is closed during its opening times!! I specifically ordered to be delivered to the shop because I was meant to be open. Really terrible, no gift now for a birthday tomorrow, thanks

        I will give -10000000 stars awful experience The owner was busy on the phone so without chcking properly he Said my package wasn't there..he ask me to call the delivery company .. So I did ...he send me out of the shop.. because he said he doesn't have nothing else to assist me with I went outside and call the company ..they said the package was delivered and they ask me to speak with the owner Initially he said NO He said he is not gona speak with no one because the package is not there... I said that this a service he offer so he should speak with the agent...so he finally did...and when they ask him to check he find it ...! And said he was told the wrong number ..obviously that wasn't true..as I had also the paper showing him...the details...awful awful awful Service!!!!He didn't check my ID and at the he give me my parcel... I just insisted because I work all the time ...and I get it!!! otherwise who know how many times he will waste my time saying is not there yet!HORRIBLE
