        Do not buy a carpet from this company. Bought a carpet in December, 2 months later its flat and hard, I complained and was told, that's what happens basically. The carpet is very light cream, I've treated it with the utmost respect- no shoes allowed, no food or drink, we don't have children or pets so it should still be like new. It looks awful and I'm embarrassed to have people come visit us. Its now 5 months old and looks like I'm going to have to pay to have it replaced myself, what a waste of money. Dont waste yours by buying this companies carpets.
