Update: you'll be able to see an angry review below after a terrible week of deliveries gone sideways. However, Fanola Official UK proved to me that good customer service still exists, and that I should not judge retailers by the poor actions of other retailers. As mentioned below I purchased 2 products. Yes, they came from Australia, yes they were held in customs because they needed clearance, and one of them didn't arrive because was an aerosol sent via Courier. But as kindly explained to me by a kind customer service representative, this is part of the growing pains of expanding to the UK and be able to serve UK customers. Customer service is still being managed from Australia, but putting aside the time lag, it is prompt, accesible and friendly. I thank Fanola Official UK for the prompt resolution of my ordeal and wish them the best in expanding to UK. ------------------------ Don't purchase from this retailer, it is a scam, they have a mobile number for contact number and the products are imported from Australia. Believe me, I'll save you a headache. I have purchased two products and since I thought they were Fanola originals was happy to paid a slight overprice. Buy your Fanola products fromAmazon, Allbeauty or any other place than these scammers. They'll leave you hanging as soon as your product hits customs.
