So happy I am leaving Lloyd's bank after my experience the other day. They were only 2 staff. The cashier and the advisor. I wanted in the queue for the advisor for nearly 35 minutes has he was only serving 3 people. What annoyed me the most is that after my turn, the guy(with tattoos in his arms) came up to me and told me. Sorry I will be going now, go to the cashier queue. Why couldn't he say this 15-20 mins ago. Absolutely joke, no wonder you are rank 7 or less compare to other banks for customer services and in branch services.

Why it is open only until 3.30pm? Why closed on Saturday? How working people can come to deposit money or do whatever else If it is closed most of time? The opening times are not sensible. Customer service good and helpful. Good location.

I had a message from Tina, on Monday morning, after 11am, that my card has been found. Thank you so much, unfortunately, it was too late, however, I am very pleased with LLoyds picking up on the suspicions transactions and the way the Fraud Team dealt with it. Thank you

Do yourself a favour and bank somewhere else. This branch is stuck in the 1970's. There is always two female members of staff standing talking to each other and they never help. You can queue from door to door and there is only ever 1 teller on the counter. If your self employed bank at a different bank. I have wasted so much time here while the other members of staff have a good old chit chat, while they watch that queue get longer and longer.
