Ian and his team were so nice! Professional and friendly. Quickly installed within a day, and when I couldn't work out how to use the remote controller, Ian sent someone out asap to teach me how to use it. Highly recommend. Loving my cold room now thank you! :)

The first time I used GDI was after a different air con company (recommended by the builder at the time) let me down heavily in a few areas. GDI Air Conditioning have now undertaken 2x installations at my house (December 2015 and June 2019) and I rate them very highly from the initial survey through to final installation. Ian came out to survey on both occasions and it's clear he has the customer's needs in mind and is very knowledgable in his field. Ian and the team were very courteous and tidy throughout, disposing of all waste upon completion. They even managed to accomodate a late change triggered by me (a late request to mount the external unit high up instead of ground level) without complaint. At time of installing my recent 2nd installation (June 2019), the team also serviced my original unit. I'd definitely recommend this company.
