Very poor, phoned to enquiry about a hot water tank left details with young lady no reply. Another occasion text twice to mobile not even a reply. Extremely poor customer service. Avoid..

First got in touch with Forest Plumbing as had an emergency callout to my oil boiler in danger of catching fire! After calling around, Forest Plumbing were the only company on a Sunday, the coldest day of the year, who would come out. I had had the boiler serviced by a local firm for the past 2 years but it transpires that the services had not been fully completed resulting in the boiler being completely sooted up inside in places where it shouldn't have been. It was an accident waiting to happen.There are no words to convey my thanks to the service I received and how grateful I am that it is now working properly. I cannot recommend enough Forest Plumbing and please do not hesitate to use. I only wished I'd found them sooner but I have from now on.

These guys are great . Knowledgable , efficient very professional . Even gave an estimated time of arrival and reminder text .. perfect ! I was previously exposed to Carbon monoxide some years ago . . with devastating effects. As you can imagine having been involved in a case where the HSE sued the gas safety engineer ( in Swindon ) due to Inadequate safety checks I am quite knowledgable about CO . I cannot fault this company . I was so at ease with the level Of knowledge and care taken . These guys save lives .. I will always embrace having my boiler checked as I know the consequences . There is nothing more important . Chronic carbon monoxide exposure is a killer ! You need to be in safe hands . Hence I recommend Forest Plumbing and Heating . Thank you .
