Our property has just been surveyed and it had Rehau windows that we installed nearly 15 years ago. The Surveyor could not believe the condition and quality of the units which after all that time assisted us in getting a better than expected EPC certificate. Additionally we needed a small but very unusual replacement part - we contacted Rehau via there website and a Technical Support Engineer from their Window Solutions team made contact and provided the part literally the next day. Very impressed. Will certainly specify products from this company again. Many thanks for looking after us - Mike
