        Customer service non existent. Had been buying regular then nothing, no communication, said I could place an order them website went down. No way of contacting them and messages ignored. Not good for people with businesses who use them as a supplier. Have now went elsewhere.

        Very disappointed with this business. Ordered on 27/10, only received 5 of the 6 toppers I ordered. I have left several telephone messages and emails but only received one reply at the time of my initial complaint. I have not heard from them since nor have I received my final topper. I have had to order a new one from else where which will be different from the other 5. This is a diabolical service this company has taken my money but failed to complete the contract. This, I feel is fraud I have given up waiting for my product, it is too late now as I ordered elsewhere for Christmas. Please do not use this company as they do not reply to communications nor supply the service that has been paid for. I will add that the products received are enchanting and expertly made, same their customer service let's them down.
