I needed a pen to write on the birthday card. I asked the employee for a pen for 1 minute. He looked at me and said no, even though he had a pen on his collar. How do you employ such bad people?

This store has gone very down hill over the last few months. I always get my coffee at around 8am, when they are admittedly very busy, however what disgusts me is that they each have a paper coffee cup under the machines, to which they just repeatedly dispense Espresso into. When you then order your coffee, they take this cup and just roughly pour an amount of espresso out of this cup, into yours. My order is a strong latte, but with this ridiculous method, there is absolutely no consistency in strength. You can't call yourself a 'Barista' if you deem that an acceptable method. As someone who used to be a Barista (a proper one), this is simply not acceptable. The condition of this coffee cup they use is also absolutely revolting. I tried to subtly take a photo this morning (without success), but the cup being used by one of the staff was completely brown (soaked in coffee and grit), misshapen, and just looked vile. I specifically asked for my order to be changed to a Soya Strong Latte so that it wouldn't be made by her.
