Miss Caroline Payne

I have recently had a breast reduction performed by Ms Payne. I cant recommend her highly enough. The whole experience from initial clinic appointment to the surgery and post operative care was fantastic. My results are absolutely excellent and have exceeded my expectations. I went into this fully informed by Ms Payne and only wish Id had my surgery years ago. Absolutely excellent!

Caroline Payne has done a superb job with my reduction, they are lovely now, very little pain, scars healed so quickly, she is friendly, truthful and down to earth, I am so happy with the results! I would highly recommend Caroline.

Thank you Caroline so much for the amazing procedure you performed in Jan 2020, I honestly feel like a different person! My surgery was completely pain-free and actually, it was quite nice to be waited on for the day! The staff at Spire are so caring and constantly making sure I was okay. My 6-week recovery was very straight-forward and the creams/medication did wonders. I am very impressed with your work so thank you for helping me!

Ive seen Miss Payne several times and she has performed surgery on me. I have to say that after seeing her for a check up today, I am so impressed with her work. The scars I have are so neat and tidy and from prior surgery blend in to my normal skin and become barely visible. She is a very understanding and patient surgeon. I am a very nervous, neurotic patient when Im scared and she is very calming and reassured me that things would be fine. I would highly recommend her.
