        A biggest complain regarding one of the broker named Muhammad A. who was asking questions about my company and cars which are not relative to motor trade insurance and upon asking him why, he passed some racist remarks and started being rude to me. He never bothered to sort out my issue and then hung up the call very rudely and after 2 days I received cancellation letter for my motor trade insurance. Been in the car dealership from last 20 years and never faced anything like this with my other insurance companies. Very upset with this behaviour and extremely disappointed.
