Table had large chip missing from the edge (see pic). Asked for Salt and Pepper squid, but was told later that it was not available!
Partner ordered chicken schnitzel with fries. The chicken was overdone and dry, and it seemed we had the 'bottom of the bag' when it came to the fries. I had the prawn and Devon crab linguine, not sure where the white wine was!
This wasn't cheap at 75..! All this in a near empty restaurant on a Friday afternoon too (see pic).
I've been to Browns before in various locations, and had a wonderful time/meal. Sadly, this time wasn't one of them.
