        No cash desks open. Two people per customer on the other desks. Shambles. This is meant to be a city branch.

        Shocking service went in to the Bank about an enquiry regarding rewards i had earnt advised Upgrade my account and i ll get the amount immediately that didnt happen, still waiting went back in and was asked to wait only for the assistant forgot i was waiting for them

        Awful, hardly any staff, then when you pay money into the cashpoint (because your told its quicker than going to the counter ) only to have the machine shut down while in the process. Then you have to wait for a member of staff or go to the counter to take your details as there is no record of the money being deposited. Not the 1st time this has happened. Shambolic service
