Wayne Goodchild Building Services

The below review comes up when my husband's business name "Wayne Goodchild Building Services" is entered. I would like to say that we do not know or are connected in anyway to this Neil Forbes or this other company of the same name as our own. I have attempted to connect him but to no avail as this review he has posted is defamatory at best and is putting our business in a very bad light for new clients looking for a review on us. We have heard of this other company before as he has had County Court Judgements against him and not adhered to the findings as bailiffs have also called on us for payment after seeing the incorrect address for the other Wayne Goodchild. He, I believe, lives in the Maldon area of Essex but the Google search says he lives at my address. This is clearly a computer error but it is causing us distress due to the fact that any new client looking for us is being indicated that we are actually this rogue trader from Maldon. Please ignore the review from Neil Forbes as he has posted it to the wrong Wayne Goodchild.

I used Wayne and Reese as sub contractors for my business. I eventually had to ask them to leave as they would sit around in their van, when I wasn't there and it become more apparent over time, that they are completely out of their depth finishing work to good standard. I now have a leaking shower with very bad tiling, that has put my business in a bad light with a good client. Not to say the huge cost of rectifying their very bad work I also had the excuses that their aunt had died, but there was no funeral. the van broke down etc etc. I take no pleasure in outing another 'tradesman' as extremely incompetent, but also hopes it serves as a warning to others and for future contract work. Even a one star is too high
