        This is a special place where you invest in yourself guided by experienced, friendly and engaging staff. Every one of the team takes the time to know your name, your outside interests (running in my case) and any niggles (tight glutes). In most exercises, you are given options so you can find one to suit you. I always leave feeling better about myself and ready to face my day.

        Absolutely amazing location, you get free parking at Trinity Walk, staff are friendly, location is incredibly clean and comfortable. Attended a breathing event but will definitely be back for other events.
