Herbie provided us with an excellent, professional service. There was no pressure salesmanship, just helpful advice, and he helped us negotiate a good price on a great car.

Would be zero stars if possible. Beware less than 5 months after purchasing a 2020 vw tiguan shock absorbers are blown, front tyres worn to the wire, brake discs lipped and brake pads have excessive movement up and down this is just to name a couple I have been driving this car with my children ! I phone them one gentleman was relatively apologetic and told us to take the vehicle to vw dealership to get some fixed under warranty wow only the shock absorbers they would cover we opted to pay our local reputable garage who we have used for all our vehicle to repair the issues as I felt the car was unsafe to drive they couldnt confirm whether the vehicle had a service as the oil was that black once I picked it up I found out car shop service isnt showing on the online booklet and also a previous garage back in feb last year has imputed over 400k miles I emailed to ask about this a gentleman called lee responded as Matt who we was dealing with is away until the 8th he responded within half an hour with simple hello what are the issues with your vehicle? I responded and again asked about the service history online issues to now be ignored Im now concerned that they new they had sold a faulty vehicle with sketchy service history !
