Good communication and paid a deposit over the phone. Went and collected the vehicle however when I got it home and serviced there were some issues (I'd just add that these were not issues the garage would have picked up on as they were to do with the MOT) I called back and they arranged to pay towards the cost of getting these fixed. While it's obviously annoying that the vehicle had these issues many places wouldn't have been as helpful getting them sorted or would have palmed it off straight away. Would have been 5 stars had it not been for the initial problems with the car.
