    Excellent service received from PUMASPEED with the purchase and delivery of new Ford Fiesta Ecoboost Engine. Very fast service, the engine was despatched the following day and received within 2/3 days all good. Aranged to return the old engine for extra cost to be refunded. The old engine returned on a pallet and refund made immediately. Cannot recommend enough for service we have received. From the word go any emails or telephone queries have been dealt with promptly and immediately by a member of staff. Thoroughly recommend and thank Pumaspeed for helping us out with new engine. THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH FOR GREAT SERVICE wennieg, Worcs

    Would never use Pumaspeed ever again. Firstly Communication is shocking between the team. No one answers the phone, emails are responded to days/weeks after being sent. I was not told when my car was ready for collection I had to ring multiple times. I asked for my stock exhaust back so the car can be returned to stock and this was not communicated, it was left outside apparently and someone took it. A member of staff then told me that I never told anyone I wanted it back which is a complete lie. I still dont have a stock exhaust or the money for a replacement a month later. Secondary, I had a GPF Valved exhaust fitted and my OEM valve motor magically stopped working the moment I left them, had to pay another 120 for it to be replaced. This was also fitted without my consent so I had a lovely bill when I went to pick up my car. Lastly, my locking wheel nut was never put back in my car. I took my car to another garage and they couldnt start the work on the car because these clowns had it sat in their garage. I asked for some help to get the locking delivered but was pretty much laughed at down the phone and was ignored yet again by email. Spent over 1.1k and felt like Id just walked off the street and wasted their time. Learn some customer service skills because you are a joke. Review will be edited once I have an exhaust as promised (weeks ago) back. EDIT: still waiting for an exhaust replacement, 5 months later.

    Tale of two parts really! My other half had a turbo fitted and was really happy with the actual products, however a week later, it's leaking oil, after investigation, a pipe had been broken and left whilst fitting the turbo and these guys aren't interested at all...they've shipped half of what is needed to fix it, but won't cover any labour as it's a 'quick job' to fix...if it was so quick, why wasn't it fixed as soon as it was broken?? The bolts were also rounded around the break so fixing it is now also a drill out jobby! Good performance of the car but hideous lack of any customer service!!! ****I'd like to add to this review with regards to the below responses...yes you did offer us to return the car to fix your shoddy work (this would cost in fuel and time off work for the 5hr round trip and so isn't "FREE") so no, we're not prepared to do that for what you, (not us) said should be a quick job..the part has arrived today and is second hand covered in oil...so again... I'm happy to repeat hideous customer service...
