I have only been going to Alysa since November/December 2021 and I can honestly say she is THE PERSON to go to for your sculptra. Not only is she very competent in her field but also professional and very friendly. I never feel like I'm going in for treatment, it feels more like a catch up with an old friend! Excellent service overall. Looking forward to going back for my 4th vial soon x

I had filler in my lips and botox. I had to reorganise my appointment a couple of times as I was having issues with my health which I had told Alisa about at the time. She actually ignored on my last text when I was supposed to be reorganising my top up so I just haven't had it! So she pretty much robbed me. The fillers were not right at all I text her about it and completely ignored me. I was ill advised about the best procedures to have, and actually was only going to give me half the filler I'd paid for because I looked in pain? yes it's painful but not as painful as coming out looking worse than you went in! Would not recommend. Maybe a course in customer service would help.. I've not been offered any appointment since I messaged asking to rearrange about 2 weeks ago.. not even a response just completely ignored..
