Too busy dealing with orders online to deal with customers in store. Long wait, staff clearly swamped with too many orders, order mixed up with a collection order, pretty useless.

Very disgusting customer service, I experienced first and second hand racism. Very obvious and sickening. I noticed a customer didnt speak perfect English and the lady serving was loudly speaking to her as though she was almost shouting. Both women were huffing and puffing whilst doing their job, especially when changing gloves. There was no greeting nor farewell to us but were to others. It was very unwelcoming, this was a horrible experience and even though it lasted for a few minutes, the unkind experience will last for a very long time.
