Staff was lovely and despite it being busy and only one staff member being on at the time, the sandwich came out great and the great customer service helped a lot! Shout out to Mani!

Went the other day and it was filthy! Me and my dad went at like 2pm so I understand it was post dinner rush but it doesnt exuse the state it was in. When we went in there was only one member of female staff. We asked if she had been alone all day and she said, the other member of staff has only just left. Baring in mind there was one customer infront of us and no one else came in the entire time we were there. She should have prioritised cleaning the front of shop floor before "working" in the back when ever she didnt have anyone to serve. Because the front didnt look like it had been wiped down all day! And its a persons first impression! While she served the one other customers we politely asked, if we could have a cloth to wipe a table down. Which she exhausted "Im with a customer,can you wait. Theres plenty of clean tables." We said there are all covered in crums and sticky stuff. So i got some hand sanitiser and paper towels and proceeded to clean a table. When she had finished instead of coming and cleaning our table or any of the other infectious table tops. She went and tossed it off in back again. If it wasnt for my dads fake hips and knee we would have left but he needed to sit down for a short while. I have photos but google doesnt seem to have a photo upload option on my phone. Anyways, even the worktops around the till were dusty and unhygienic. There was even a dead spider. Which i pointed out to her. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN-will be telling others to avoid. Vegetarian options: They had vegan cheese still which was lovely. A few options available

Went in the yesterday morning and the man that was on wasnt even in uniform or wearing a hat. The food didnt taste fresh either which was a shame as it ruined the food I had. Bread was stale too so definitely not something Id return to which is a shame as I eat from here regularly. The tables were rather dirty and the till area looked just as bad which can be very easily maintained
