        Absolute wast of time got here for 8:40 they opened at 8:30 its now 9:14 and still not been let into the building

        Staff where friendly, allowed me to bring my support animal and best friend. Everything was explained before things happened. I was given calm clear instructions that eased my anxiety. The nurse was lovely and softly spoken. I will come back for checks in future even though its out of my city

        Only chose 1 star bc you cant choose none; its impossible to get an appointment and you can end up on the phone for hours waiting only to get disconnected and have to start again. They dont open past 5 on a Friday and arent open on weekends, basically if you work full time and need to get an appointment you will not get seen for at least half a year. Good luck.

        The service is rude and cheeky. It is not possible to arrange an appointment.If you call me on Monday and they ask for an appointment, they will have you call you on Wednesday at 8 am.So I call at 8am and the woman tells me to call on Monday.I am asking if he can book an appointment for me for Mon. or Wed.No, it can't. Paranoia.
