From a hiring manager perspective, Claudia is a tenacious individual who spends considerable time getting to know hiring managers and also the culture of the business, then scours the market to find the best talent to fit the job roles. Claudia won't just send any candidate across to make up numbers; she qualifies potential candidates thoroughly to ensure they are a strong potential fit for the role.
