Gave me a bad review because I paid my rent too early! Literally less than two weeks early every month. Thanks to this I have moved and been given a poor reference so only given a six month tenancy in my new accomodation. All I got was 'its the system'. Pathetic, when I have to reapply for my tenancy I should hope this agency will pay the charges I have to pay due to their incompetence?
