Great probation service all of the staff inside this unit are extremely helpful and very co-operative with me and all other client's that's currently in need or currently on probation thanjs guys really helped me at a time when I really did need that little bit of extra support and guidance many thanks love miss Louisa hall

well the first experience i had was when i missed an appointment in probation then missed a second appointment by only hours so mark bodrozic saw fit to send me back to court to have my order revoked and be re sentenced to receive more community service bearing in mind i had done everything asked of me as in keeping appointments and community service served. on being re sentenced i turned up at the first appointment and told the officer there that i had a flu jab that day (showed him the text from doctors) a little over an hour after my start time so he advised me to go for my flu jab and come back at the same time the next week. meanwhile a couple of days later i received a letter from mark bodrozic telling me that i never turned up at all that day in spite of him having a record of my angina and the stress and anxiety it caused me. i am aware that the probation service is going through a big shake up and jobs are being lost but i resent the fact that this man used me to justify his job which to me is basically what happened in my mind, either that or a gross lack of professionalism on his part. either way the above events did no good towards my ongoing health problems and i received not an apology but just the complaint form i had asked for which again shows a none caring attitude from a body that in all intents and purposes are there to care?.
