        Staff really good but management isnt. 1 person dealing with 10 to 15 people with all sorts of applications and minimum waiting time is between 20-40 minutes.

        Called to collect Euros, got a good exchange rate compared to other online location. Only place I could pick up euros at short notice, I waited for the exchange rate to improve after the chancellor dropped the value of the pound last week. The exchange Counter was empty, while that member of staff was on a break. The only other person servicing was in another counter adjacent. When her counter was empty she came across to the exchange Counter and served someone else who's came in after me wanting change in pounds. I was told she could not serve to Euros, Charming.

        The manager at the post office is the most helpful person Ive ever met. She was very kind and accommodating. Cant fault the service I received. 100% would recommend this service to anyone
