This company came and installed a new boiler which made us very happy, however they had to leave the old boiler because it needed 2 men to remove from the loft. Still waiting and after been told on many occasions that somebody would collect the old boiler nobody ever turns up or even contacts me to explain why they never turned up.

Would not recommend, the installers put the pipework right across the loft instead of under the floorboards like they should have done. No help when reported, the person who we spoke was not interested at all. Avoid at all costs.

Fantastic service from start to finish, helpful and friendly staff who answered all questions before and after. The engineer came on time, did a perfect job and even cleaned up after himself, would definitely recommend!
