The pharmacist was very helpful and gave me great advice on what item I needed for an allergic reaction. Sorry I didn't catch her name but was a very pleasant young lady

4 days it seems to take for a prescription to be ready , whilst being told this whilst it's in the ladies hand , we don't open Saturdays so come back Monday! .... Wouldn't mind it was sertaline 50grams ( anti depressant ) just as well I didn't jump off a bridge that weekend ..... Thanks

Prescriptions not ready even after allowing extra days and then its still always a search and if they do finally locate its then can you wait 30 mins for it to be dispensed? Didnt print out, short staffed and the latest was jubilee bank holiday backlog? When my last prescription was not ready I asked for my prescription and walked into another local pharmacy and got it straight away! Staff always polite but suggest you try somewhere else rather accept very poor service.

Went to get my prescription to be greeted by a member of staff on a power trip it was 25 mins before shop closed so I said I know it takes 20 mins I will wait to which this member of staff informed me shop closes soon you won't get this today so trying to be positive I said I'm sure you will try.She then went to the sanctuary of behind where they make the prescriptions up and proceeded to shout I should not speak to her like that and I was being sarcastic and then mumbled to her work colleagues time to change chemists

1st time I've had a problem with this pharmacy. Put my repeat prescription in 22nd June and was told 2 days. Rang up today 29th June as not had a text message to have the phone answered by a lady who clearly couldn't care less. Didn't ask my name or even go check if it was ready just asked me when it had been put in and that it probably wouldn't be ready yet, 7 days after putting the order in??? and if I was desperate I would have to come in and wait. Clearly someone need to take a course in customer service. So went in to get my prescription today 30th June and it was in fact ready, so really the lady who I spoke to should have looked not just presumed it wasn't. Also being short staffed doesn't seem to be the issue as I counted 5 staff in this morning
