Train Dirty Yorkshire

This is one of the best bootcamps Ive been to training in the woods with like minded people is fun, motivating and great for fitness - the trainers take time to check everyone is ok and can adapt training for every level of fitness or if you have an injury - everyone who attended gave it 110% with lots and lots of encouragement I loved it and have signed up to do more!! #traindirty

Definitely recommend. Friendly group and knowledgeable and supportive coaches. Training outside is so much fun - it is hard work and it is dirty but being part of TDY is just awesome. Give it a go - you wont regret it. PS dont forget a spare pair of trainers for the drive home ...

Rather than this being a bootcamp that focuses on working out of the flashest and fanciest facilities, TDY instead uses the great outdoors that Yorkshire is renowned for. Making good use of the countryside, you're put through your paces in a 60 minute session with support and guidance from start to finish. The guys are TDY are fantastic at what they do and will support and guide you through each circuit, making sure your form is correct rather than barking orders at you. Can't fault them in the slightest and will definitely be back again!

I really enjoyed this bootcamp. Great to get outside and train after a week stuck inside at work. Marc and Liam provided great instruction and motivation during the class. They also tailored exercises to your ability. This class in the woods was great fun. I would highly recommend to anyone.

What better way to spend a Saturday morning than playing around in the dirt and not having to care about it. Great support from the PTs Mark and Liam, they arent there barking orders but watching your form, giving you encouragement and helping you get the best out of the session. Im coming back for more, I cant wait for them to add more sessions to the calendar
