    Ive been training consistently with Luke for over a year now but have known him a lot longer! Luke has always motivated me during and after my sessions by keeping in touch and making sure I am on track. Before starting my training with luke I lacked confidence with weights however I now feel a lot more confident thanks to luke and would recommend him to anybody, especially beginners! I now train with a friend in joint sessions and luke has helped us see how we can motivate each other by training together and is always there for guidance when needed!

    Before starting with Luke I wasnt really doing anything to prioritise myself with 2 jobs and a 3 year old finding time for me felt impossible!! Im getting married this summer and I wanted to feel amazing on the big day. I approached Luke and told him my situation and that I wanted something long lasting and easy to fit into my life. After previously doing all the diets under the sun, I wanted something to work for me long term this time! Having Luke to be accountable to on a daily/weekly basis was amazing and was just what I needed. A big one for me was turning 30 in September and celebrating with zero guilt. Going for meals out and drinking alcohol with such a different and relaxed mindset than before was the breakthrough I needed to show me that this really does work. It worked around me and my life and I finally put myself (almost) to the top of my priorities! After having a baby its really hard to see your body change and adapt to it if it has - its taken me almost 4 years but I finally feel like I found myself again and feel comfortable with my body. I feel great and I would 100% recommend Luke to anyone who is wanting to work and invest in themselves!!

    I cant sing Lukes praises enough. The amount of time, dedication and knowledge he brings to each of his clients is like non I have ever seen from PTs in the past. Not only does Luke dedicate the time to us in the gym, this extends way beyond these sessions into weekly check ins, workout plans and meal plans. Regular check ins allow for adapting the plan as and when is needed to ensure you sustain good results throughout the program and long after your program has finished! What I enjoy about Luke as a PT is he isnt just about beasting you until you drop which always leaves you eager to return back to gym! Its also testament to Luke as a professional that I have managed to continue progress throughout lockdown and he has altered all plans to suit working out from home. Keep up the good work Luke!

    I have been training with Luke for just short of a year now after recommendations from multiple people. From day one, he has educated, motivated and helped me reach my goals. He has been so flexible with 1 to 1 sessions and adapting those to work at home during the Covid-19 pandemic. It's been a tough, personal year for me and but the compassion from Luke has made it easier. It's completely different training, but it's also so personal and informative. Dont get me wrong, he's had me swearing at him mid-session and pushed me to my limit! But he has always known my limit and knows where I am comfortable enough to be, to help me and not damage anything. Which is a key difference between Luke and other PT's. There is genuine care & compassion, not just ticking boxes. Lost 2 stone so far and now working towards improving my cardio fitness and strength - all with the guidance & help of Luke. Alongside this, he has helped massively in improving my confidence. Thank you so much, I wish I could articulate how appreciative I truly am! I will continue to reccomend Luke to everyone I know. Here's to our next year and plenty more

    Ive trained with Luke for a few years now and his ability as a a trainer is second to none. I went to Luke with no knowledge of weight training and how nutrition worked alongside it even though I was an ex professional dancer (shocking I know!) We worked from nothing and built up, my confidence increased and the support along the way has been amazing. Luke has seen me through injuries and personal struggles also and not once did I feel pressure from Luke only support and advice. I recommend Luke to everyone I can as he genuinely cares and does absolutely not advocate for the one size fits all trainer he listens and tailors exactly the plan you need and are looking for. If you need a first class trainer look no further. Join Team IP you wont regret it!
