    Great gym with fantastic facilities, a variety of intimate classes with highly knowledgeable, qualified and experienced personal trainers! Can't recommend this place enough!

    Jade is my personal trainer. I find her very encouraging, knowledgable and so fun to train with. She pushes me to help me realise my own goals are achievable. Anyone who has a lack of confidence in a gym and would like one on one training this place is the place to go. I also do some of there classes on evenings and weekends. LBT is great for a 45min blast on toning those awkward areas. Spin I love !! Its a 30min high intensity cardio workout which is so fun as the music is pumping the lights are off and the disco lights switched on. Adam creates that fun party atmosphere even when your pushed to your limits. You burn a lot of calories just in 30mins . What more can you ask for . Bootcamp is a fab way to get your fitness levels increased no matter what fitness stage your at. Mixing weight training with a bit of cardio it provides you with a fab all over body workout. Great people attend these classes, who have become some good friends of mine. Topped off with Adam and Jade experienced trainers who guide, support and encourage you all the way. Give them a try. What you got to loose (apart from those extra pounds). ! Katie
