        I phoned today at midday and asked to book an appointment it was an answerphone so left my number nobody picked up and nobody has bothered to phone me back. I have amended my previous as this morning l was phoned and given an aplogie and a lady explained it was due to heavy workload.l asked for an appointment and was told none till Nov however cancellations due occur and asked if l would be available at short notice if slot became available, l am so booked in got 9 am Friday.So thank you lady for taking the trouble to phoneme .

        Fantastic service during the present crisis. My youngest broke his glasses beyond repair. Quick phone call to the Optician who said she would call back as was out delivering. Optician called back called his records up and explained that they could not get the exact frame but would supply an alternative. These were delivered today and to be fair I couldn't have chosen a better pair myself. Thank you for the service and the follow up call to check everything was in order.
