        I really enjoyed the One Day Intensive course with Richard and Julia as we learnt all about neon (history, manufacture, installation etc) in the morning and then, in the afternoon, we saw our designs come to life in front of our eyes. Im really delighted with the neon barge I went home with and cant wait to get it up on the wall. A great day that I would strongly recommend.

        Had a one-to-one day with Richard up in Wakefield a while ago . Absolutely terrific day - enormous amount to take in, but Richard was very patient and clear - technically, although I'm an engineer and very practical, I found letter making a challenge (it's not easy!). However, we managed to complete the day's/my objectives, including filling, bombarding and testing the letters I wanted to make. Fascinating stuff. Now making my own letters and other art...
