Called into shop after a nervous ride on my scooter all the way from Eastmoor. I had. Found the scooter I was interested in and asked the man about it,pride colt2.0 @2.200,grey,he pointed at executive model and said I asked ,I did not! I told him I had researched this particular scooter and had found and saved other online places offering the same scooter at various prices, He said SHOW ME, I was surprised by this and said I had not brought my iPad,I didnt expect to have to prove my findings.I then said that he could look himself as I did not bring my iPad, He was very abrupt,patronising and rude. He kept saying things I did not say and was overbearing ,patronising and a poor frontman for your business. Eventually I got fed up and walked out. My son was with me during this going on. It is not my first experience of poor service and unreliable lying service last year which was then carried out by one of your experienced servicemen, His assessment of my scooter was completely different to the first one??? Hed told untruths! Thank god for the good man. Anyway I was prepared to pay cash yesterday in your shop. Unfortunately I will not be due to the experience we had yesterday with such rudeness and arrogance, He even tried to correct it by saying sometimes things get off on the wrong foot??? It was him! It was like I said something and he contradicted every word, I left feeling upset and sad as I would not enter into any dealings with such a rude man! I needed a new Mobility Scooter, my 3rd,since needing one to get about the City on,because of Osteoarthritis my walking is not 100%.So rather than go to Eden Mobility in City centre as in my past, I had heard by word of mouth by a few people how much better Parkgate Mobility are,Eden are very Money making motivated,if you want any kinda work done on a Mobility aid they will charge you MORE if you hadn't bought the item from them,also they charge a lot more than Parkgate for an annual service even if you did buy your item from them. So it's very worth the trip a little out of City Centre to get to Parkgates showroom & store. They did me a very good deal,didn't charge fir Puncture Proofing & I got 2 mirrors fitted all for free & a good deal on my old scooter part exchange. I will never go to Eden or any other company in future. Parkgate are not Money motivated,they are more on the Being Helpful motivated. Tx.

Poor customer service offered by Adele. No patience or understanding when dealing with an unsatisfied elderly customer. Bad attitude which surely is not acceptable in her position. Complaint is being taken further
