This shop cost me nothing but hassle from day one. First of all, I traded in my iPhone 12-to a 13pro and after the 3months the phone was marked as stolen and I could no longer use it. Why are they selling stolen goods? Second of all the staff are nothing but rude, in fact one employee stood shouting at me in the shop in front of other customers. Is this what you call good customer service? Not only this, when I asked for a receipt they gave me a hand written paper one, I asked for a proper printed receipt when they told me to come back in a couple of days to get one. On return they told me the paper copy didnt come from them and I wasnt going to receive a printed one which I required to list on my insurance. I will never use this shop again, and I would not recommend it to anyone!
