This shop used to be excellent! However, it is increasingly obvious that the good items are all sold on eBay whilst the broken, chipped and low value items are in the store. The prices are ABSURD (10 for an unbranded used pair of jeans!!!!) They can say until they are blue in the face that "they want to make the maximum money possible", which I do understand, however they are forgetting that they are pricing the large amount of the population that can't afford expensive clothes out of the market. 10 is NOT a realistic price for a pair of used jeans. Greed greed greed. 15 company directors all on extremely large Salaries, with the big boss earning a "Modest" 198,000 this year up fron 186,000 last year.... Not surprised at 10 a pair

The staff were so helpful, one carried a chair and loaded it into my car, whilst another dismantled a dining table and helped me load it into my car. Thank you very much.

The older man lacks manners and etiquette, He doesn't let you finish looking at things, instead he leans into your personal space to replenish the shelf, all the while they have a recording playing asking staff and customers to social distance!!

Absolutely disgusted with BHF. We donated a G plan 3 piece suite that was still in excellent condition. 2 men, from a contractor company, came to pick it up 2 weeks today and we have not had one iota of thanks for our donation. They certainly won't be getting anything else off us as I am a big believer that manners cost nothing. They will be the losers.
