I never ewrite reviews but this one had to be done. I have never read reviews on Warren James Wakefield as I have shopped here for several years but I have it seems there is plenty in the same boat as me. I have never once in the 5+ years of shopping here returned or exchanged an item but yesterday I needed to my partner purchased a ring for me on the 20th of December as dated on the receipt (for christmas) he gave it me on the 25th but I already have this ring and also in a smaller size so I tried it on and knew it was the same one. So on the 27th of December we took it back in the gift box we paid for, the cover and the gift bag with the receipt. Prior to ,the woman serving, even looking at the ring she said you can return it if it hasnt been worn I said thats fine so she picked it up and immediately said we cant do a refund or exchange as it is scratched! We explainederes no way it could have been scratched and showed her I had the exact ring on my finger now I already own the ring why would I wear it? She went to he back to speak to someone and come back and said yes management says its scratched too and went on to try and show me the scratches which I honestly could not see anything she was talking about. I could go into further detail but in effect this shop does not accept returns because I have never worn this for longer than 10 seconds and now we are out of pocket and down a Christmas present for myself. This could have quite clearly been sold to us like this as we knew what we wanted with a picture when we went in they got out the display model confirmed it was that then boxed up the size we asked for. There was no scratches at all this company just didnt want to refund their money. Which is fine because you have lost 2 loyal customers that will never purchase from you again, what an awful shame!

I have never read reviews on Warren James Wakefield as I have shopped here for several years but I have it seems there is plenty in the same boat as me.
