        I took my dads watch in for repair on the 12th December 2022 and asked if I could have it back for the 19th December. I explained that my dad passed away and wanted to wear it at his funeral on the 20th December. Ian, did a fantastic job to get the watch back to me for the funeral. I greatly appreciate doing this for me in a short time. Thank you very much Ian. 5 stars from me.
