        Popped into this store today to sell my old phone. Was asked if it was unlocked. Wasn't sure, I replied. We'll check it over, if you can come back in twenty minutes.60 if unlocked, 49 if locked. Returned to store to be told it is locked, so that will be 49 we can offer you. Imagine my surprise after taking my old phone back home with me and getting in touch with my network provider to be told that actually it was unlocked! Honest mistake???

        Ripped me off, selling me a broken laptop then refusing to repair or refund me. Don't know what I expected but it was better than this, I've been a customer of CeX for over a decade at this point and the quality has severely decreased. Disappointed in this store and in the corporate structure. Do not recommend
